Come and Connect with God and Community

Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2.

Presbyterian Women

The Presbyterian women work to be the hands and feet of Christ in the world. In doing so they gather monthly, study scripture, pray and explore justice concerns to equip us to live as disciples of Christ in the world around us. LPC has two circles that meet monthly on the 1st Monday of the month at 11:30 AM and  on the 1st Sunday of the month after worship, 12:15 PM.

Men of the Church

The men meet the first Sunday of the month at 8:00 AM for Pancakes, fellowship and discussion. In addition, the Men of the Church come together for various mission projects throughout the year.

LPC Ladies

Mothers with kids at home and ladies the age of mothers with kids at home, gather monthly to build relationships with each other. No materials to study or lessons taught just yummy goodies and lots of laughter.  The LPC Ladies meet the third Monday of the month and rotate meetings places between members homes.

Quilting Sisters

The quilting sisters meet every other Monday morning at 8:30 AM in the Mission Annex and provide quilts to church members in the hospital and new born babies as well as to members of the Harnett County community who may need the love of Jesus Christ through a quilt. By the way no experience needed and be ready to laugh a lot while quilting.

The LPC church sanctuary was built with money raised by ice cream and oyster stew socials.  The tradition of eating together continues. It does not take much of an excuse for us to gather for a meal and fellowship.  We have great cooks and we love to eat!

When the weather corporates, LPC lingers after church. We meet in the field next to the church for cookies, lemonade and fellowship.  The children love the opportunity to play on the playground and hang-out with friends!
